Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates and Methods:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship to addresses within  the United States &Canada
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shipping times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  1. Receive Return Authorization:
  • Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  1. Ship Your Item:
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  • Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amounts:

  • Refunds will include the cost of the returned item(s) and any applicable taxes.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process to send back the original item. Once the return is processed, a new order will be placed for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
